Booking, Cancellations & Policies

  • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.

    Deposits are deducted from the total cost of your service.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.

    Deposits will be forfeited if:

    • You cancel or reschedule within 48 hours

    • You fail to attend your appointment (no-show)

  • Appointments missed without notice result in the loss of your deposit.

    Clients who miss an appointment may be required to:

    • Pay a higher deposit or full payment upfront to rebook, or

    • May not be eligible to rebook in the future.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

    Late arrivals may result in:

    • A shortened appointment, or

    • Cancellation if there is insufficient time to complete the service

    In both cases, the deposit remains non-refundable.

  • Remaining balances are due on the day of your appointment.

    Accepted payment methods: contactless, cash, and bank transfer.
